Are you looking for a Life full of Health, Happiness, and Prosperity in 2018? Then you are at the right place. I am going to share with you 10 things which, if implemented religiously, will not only change your life but also perspective towards all the things around.

People pretend to be happy, but in reality, their inner souls are full of Sadness, Stress, Tension, and many a times even Depression & Anxiety.

After putting in a lot of thought using my own experience I prepared a list of some activities, which if followed sincerely, can help in bringing Health, Happiness & Prosperity in the true sense.

So here are 10 such things which you can adapt and be sure to see a change in your life:

  1. Exercise

First such thing is Exercise. You can’t be happy if you are not Physically Fit. So you have to manage some time every day. Adapt “No Matter What” motto for this. It is not going to be easy initially. If not more, let it be a just 7 minutes a day workout every day and increase it gradually to say 30-45 minutes daily. But you need to be consistent.

Exercise, not only keeps us Physically Fit, but also brings peace to our mind and makes us happy.  It has already been proven, medically also, that exercise can reduce the Stress Levels and make people more Confident, Energetic and Happy.

It will help you to Relax, Improve your Personality in all the aspects.

You slowly tend to release all your Anxiety, Stress, Depression (if there) and Work Problems. As they say:

“In a Healthy Body Stays a Healthy Spirit”

It is Further said:

“Health Mind Breeds a Healthy Body and Vice Versa”

So be Healthy – to- Live Happy

  1. Meditation

Meditation is the best tool to be Focused, Attentive, and Stress-Free. It has so many benefits. But the biggest benefit is that it gives you Happiness and Peace. It is the best way to feel happiness from your inner soul.

Meditation helps you to connect with Your Inner Self. A daily 15 minutes meditation routine can change it all. Rather than seeking, get happiness by from meditation. You will see a change in your day if you adopt this as a routine.

Your Stress, Tension, Depression, and Anxiety will be all be gone forever. After Meditation, you will feel yourself in a different world altogether.

  1. Social Service

Help others, make Others Happy: That is one of best ways to make Yourself Happy. The kind of happiness you get by spending money on someone in need and making him/her happy is something which you can’t get by doing the same for yourself. Try it to feel it.

But it is not that by spending money only you can make others happy. There are numerous other ways. Social Service is the best way to get happiness from your Inner Self. The kind of Happiness and Satisfaction you will get, can’t be put in words.

  1. Spend time with friends and family

It is very well said somewhere: “Man is a Social Animal”. Being social is one of the best ways to Relax, Enjoy, Feel Happy and even Prosper.

A study shows that spending time with Family and Friend makes a huge difference in how happy you feel.  Socializing gives you Relations: Relations give you Security: Security gives you Relaxation and a Relaxed Mind is free of Stress, Tension, Anxiety, Depression, and Fears to name some.

A Relaxed Mind is also more Creative and Focused. Which Means Prosperity and happiness all around.

  1. Go Out

Don’t confine yourself inside the four walls of your room. It’s a beautiful world out there. Go and feel the happiness at every place you go. There are lots of things you can learn and improve when you go outside.

Find the happiness in Nature, in People you meet. You can feel the happiness and relaxation after a simple walk. When you are out with others you tend to forget your miseries and sufferings, if there any.

  1. Sleep More

Studies have shown a person should take a healthy sleep to Rest, Relax and Reenergize the mind. The time of sleep should be at least 7-8 hours every day.

Your body needs Rest and Energy, after a hectic and most of the times a Stressful day, to start the next day.  If you take proper and sound sleep, you will be more Focused, Energized and Productive on the next day. That’s where you will have a Happy & Relaxed Mind and will no longer be under Fatigue, Stress, and Anxiety.

  1. Spare Time for Self

Spend time with yourself. Go for a Walk, Sit somewhere alone, Talk to Yourself or do any other activity where you are for Yourself only. Even try going to some Healer/ therapist who can help you connect with your Inner Self.

By doing these you will get to know yourself, you will find the purpose or aim of your life. Connecting with the self is one of the best ways to find relaxation. Answers to most of the bothering, issues lye within us only. The only thing required is to connect to that Inner Self and look for the answers.

  1. Avoid Toxic People

Avoid the company of Toxic People. Don’t let them be around you or intrude in your Personal Space.

Toxic people only spread Negativity and Toxicity. They neither themselves contribute anything positive to someone’s life nor let him/her do anything positive or constructive. Fill up yourself with the positive thoughts and you will feel the happiest.

  1. Work

Not all the time, but try to keep yourself as busy as possible. But what matters is that you keep yourself busy in constructive and not destructive activities.

Move closer to your work, try to learn/ acquire new things and skills. Working with all your instincts can improve Self-Confidence and bring back Happiness to Life.

  1. Practice Smile

A Smile is one of the Best medicines for Stress, Anger, and Anxiety to name some. It can change the mood in a flash of the second.

Smiling is one of the best habits one can have. It is the best way to feel happiness.  It improves our Actions and Relations.

All the while you might have thought that Happiness is hard to get. It is unfortunate for most of the people because they never try. But these Habits are a great package for Health, Happiness, and Prosperity in life. Happiness demands change.
